INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY poultry plant in STASIN SP. Z o.o.

Since May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing has been applied in Poland personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR". In view of the above, ZAKŁAD DROBIARSKI W STASINA Sp. z o.o. presents the following information required by the GDPR and regarding the processing of personal data.

I. Personal data administrator

II. Supervisory authority regarding personal data.

The supervisory body in the field of personal data in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body if you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates the law.

III. Purposes and basics of processing your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes: 1) conclusion and comprehensive implementation of contracts with suppliers and contractors (legal basis: art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO, Civil Code); 2) archival (evidentiary) and billing to secure information in the event of a legal need to demonstrate specific circumstances arising from the information stored, which is our legitimate interest (legal basis: art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO), as well as results from specific legal provisions obliging us to store documents and other media containing your personal data; 3) in order to possibly determine, investigate or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest (legal basis: art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO); 4) to examine customer satisfaction and determine the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (legal basis: art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO).

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

IV. The categories of your data that we process.

We can process the following categories of your personal data (depending on the type of contract): basic identification data (name, surname, company name, PESEL, NIP, REGON, number and series of proof personal address, residence address, registered office address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number.

V. Data recipients.

We may disclose your personal data (only to the extent necessary) to the following categories of entities: offices, administrative bodies, entities with whom we cooperate and transfer data based on a data processing entrustment agreement, transport companies , IT service providers, including software providers,

VI. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations.

We do not transfer your data outside the EU and the European Economic Area.

VII. Data storage period.

According to art. 13.2.a and 14.2.a GDPR we inform you that:
1. We store and process your data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract for the duration of the concluded contract / cooperation, the limitation period for potential claims arising from concluded contracts, as well as the periods of data storage resulting from specific legal provisions, including tax law.
2. We store and process your basic identification data for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services only on the basis of your prior consent, until you object to their processing for this purpose or withdraw your consent if we processed them on the basis of so-called marketing consent, or we will determine that they have become outdated.  

VIII. Your rights:

According to the provisions of the GDPR (in legally justified cases), you are entitled to: a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
c) the right to delete data:
if you think there are no grounds for us to process your personal data, you can request that we delete it.
d) restrictions on data processing:
you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to its storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if you believe we have incorrect data about you or we process them unreasonably; or you do not want us to remove them because they are needed to establish, pursue or defend claims; or for the duration of your objection to data processing;
e) the right to object to data processing - "marketing" objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing data for this purpose;
f) right to data portability;
g) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
h) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data:
you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process at any time based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that you have was based on your consent before its withdrawal.
